Sprout is once again bringing you a great New healthy meal that you can have delivered anywhere in Korea! This week we have a Roasted Vegetable Pizza Quesadilla on the menu made with incredible ingredients including chorizo tempeh, fresh basil, roasted zucchini, onions, peppers, potatoes, sweet potatoes and garlic with homemade tomato sauce and a Sprout first – Shredded vegan Mozzarella!

We’re also going to use the same dressing that we used on the Buddha Bowl that you loved two weeks ago on this week’s Rainbow salad bowl. When you ask we listen!

Sprout also has some big news coming soon! We have a recently partnered with a Vegan Bodybuilder as he prepares for upcoming competitions in Korea. Stay tuned for our introduction to this vegan “Hero’! He will explain why he chose to change his diet to vegan two years ago. He will also dispel myths about plant based vegan diets, building muscle and performing as a top athlete. We will be following and supporting him on his path to victory!
