Sprout Heathy Food Menu for Sept 3, 4th

Well August is ending and we can say goodbye to humidity!! Already the air feels a bit crisp early in the morning.

As many of you know Sprout does group deliveries to schools. If you want to get your school involved don’t hesitate to shoot us an email and share our page and website with your co-workers.

This week’s Sprout menu has delicious healthy food from top to bottom. The new ratatouille was offered in a small batch to in-store customers this week and it was great! We also have a new Salad this week – the venerable Potato Salad.

Have you heard of Zaalouk? It’s a smoky eggplant and tomato spread that goes perfect with Pita bread.
