Sprout delivers an incredible variety of healthy food again this week. Whether you are vegetarian, vegan or just looking for convenient and delicious meals that are ready to eat and packaged to go, Sprout is the perfect solution.

This week we have a delivery and take out menu that is packed with best sellers and comfort food. We also have a new and improved Burrito Bowl with shredded vegan cheese and fresh salsa! This bowl is loaded with flavour as well as protein, fibre, and anti-oxidants while remaining a Low Calorie meal.

You may notice that we have renamed our taekbae nationwide delivery “Postal” delivery. This is overnight “rush” delivery anywhere in Korea that is shipped Monday night and delivered Tuesday. We ship your meals in a cooler box with ice to preserve freshness.

Our famous vegan Nacho Cheese sauce is on the menu this week. It makes an incredible dip but can also be the perfect compliment to other meals such as the Mexican Burrito and Roasted Vegetable Pizza Quesadilla, and even the Sloppy Joes if you want to get a bit crazy!
