Winter is no longer coming it is officially here! It’s cold outside but Sprout has an incredible menu of healthy meals available for delivery anywhere in Korea! As always we bring you a wide selection of “foreign food” flavours from around the globe. Pasta lovers can rejoice that we have the Whole Wheat Pasta with Marinara Sauce and vegan dairy free “Parmesan Cheese”.  

One of the stars at last week’s cooking class was the Cheesy Millet Fritter. Simply spoon the mixture into a heated pan with a bit of oil and fry until golden or, if you prefer let them get crispy. Great on their own of with any number of dips or condiments. It can be used as a snack, hors d’oeuvre or a side dish.

The Falafel bowl with the incredible garlic Tahini dressing is one of my all time favourites. It’s really a toss up between it and the Caesar dressing which is also on the menu this week. All dressings are of course dairy free vegan versions.

We are debuting a new cake this week! Gingerbread Cake with Salted Caramel Cream Cheese Frosting. This is not a raw cheesecake so no need to keep this one frozen.

Sprout also continues to deliver whole wheat dairy free vegan bread options. We have a new Sour Dough Whole Wheat bun this week. You can find it in the new Extras section at the bottom of the order form.
