It’s cold outside but Sprout delivers delicious meals to your home to warm you up! We have a new pasta this week with a home made marinara sauce and topped with Vegan Dairy Free “Parmesan Cheese”! As always we only use 100% whole wheat pasta.

Back by popular demand is the Jalapeno patty mix! Simply spoon the mix into a hot pan with some oil to make a delicious, not too spicy snack or side.

Tajine is the ultimate healthy comfort meal for a chilly day! It’s a north African dish, but the Moroccan ones are the most popular. Slow cooked with potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, chickpeas, zucchini and onions.
