Delicious and healthy meals delivered to your door from Sprout. This week we have a new vegetarian / vegan pasta to offer. Made with Whole wheat pasta a new home made, plant based basil pesto sauce.

We try to provide a diverse selection of not only flavours but also textures and ingredients. Eating healthy vegan, vegetarian food doesn’t mean it has to be boring!

A number of you asked for the Cookie dough and we have brought it back this week. It’s made with chickpeas but your brain doesn’t know that although your waistline will thank you for it.

The Mexican Burrito is also back by popular demand. Shipped frozen, you can thaw it out and either fry it or heat it in an oven for best results. It is already cooked so the goal is simply to heat it through evenly and perhaps give the wrap a little crispiness.
