Sprout Healthy Food Delivery and Pick Up Menu Oct 15, 16th

Sprout has a great healthy vegan food menu this week and our regular delivery options are available again for Seoul and nationwide in Korea. This week’s menu is packed with your favourite meals as well as a new Chipotle Chili Con Tempeh. This incredible Vegan chili is hearty, spicy and packed with slow-cooked flavour!

We’ve had a number of requests to bring back the Loaded Caesar Salad with Tempeh Bacon and Chickpea Croutons with creamy cashew Caesar dressing and we delivered this week.

We also have the perfect Autumn seasonal dessert with the Raw Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake. One bite will take you back to nostalgic thoughts of thanksgiving dinner!

Meal delivery will be Sunday and Monday around Seoul and Taekbae will be shipped overnight on Monday. Meal pick up will be Sunday and Monday from 3pm – 8pm.

Sprout will also be at the 4th Vegan Festival this weekend on Sunday October 15th. If you have not gone before this is a must do event. Sample vegan and healthy foods and products, enjoy live music and meet new friends from all over the world.
