Sprout Healthy Food Delivery Menu September 10, 11th

This week’s healthy food delivery menu looks great! We have some amazing Sprout favourites including Shepherd’s Pie and the Mexican Burrito. We are also bringing a NEW meal this week!

Beet Bourguignon is vegan version of the classic Beouf Bourguignon. This is a satisfying meal made beets, mushrooms, onions, brown lentils, daikon radish, carrots, thyme and a splash of wine.

Meal delivery on Sunday has been very popular and we are now doing group deliveries outside Seoul on Sundays and Mondays to schools and organizations also. It has to be in “truck” range but if your school or group wants to inquire about our group options don’t hesitate to send us a message.

You can of course still order for pick up on Sunday and Monday between 3-8pm! We try to set aside meals for our walk-in customers but if you want to make sure you get exactly what you want it’s always best to pre-order.
