Happy New Year everyone! We all hope you had a great holiday season and are ready to kick off the new year by eating a healthy diet of delicious foods.

Don’t forget about our New Year, New You Challenge –

This year Sprout is adding extra incentive with our healthy diet challenge. Everyone who signs up for a monthly meal plan is automatically eligible to WIN a FREE Week!

The New Year New You Challenge is running until the week of March 25th. Each month you can Win a Free week of food based on the Meal Plan that you selected. We will hold a random draw at the end of each month and announce the lucky winner on our Facebook Page.

All you need to do to be eligible is sign up for any monthly meal plan or renew your plan if you are already on one.

 

We have more exciting news this month. Sprout is holding a Plant Based Cooking Class Series in January!

Classes will have limited openings and will be taught in small groups by our registered holistic nutritionist. You can sign up for the entire series or choose just the classes that you want.

Classes will be held in Bogwang-dong (near Itaewon).

In each class you will learn how to create the dishes, participate in a live demonstration, and of course eat! All materials are provided and included in the class fee.
