This is the last week to order your healthy plant based meals and desserts from Sprout before Christmas. We will close for the holidays for the week of Dec 22, 23rd and will reopen for delivery on Dec 29, 30th.

We have amazing desserts perfect for the Holidays. The Christmas classic chocolate caramel Turtles have been remade as a raw cheesecake! We also have a NEW Death by Chocolate Cake with chocolate whipped cream, chocolate drizzle and chocolate chips!!

We are really into the Holiday spirit at Sprout! We have our 12 days of Christmas event running on our Facebook Page. Make sure you check it out and comment on the post to qualify for some great prizes from local companies and Sprout!

We are also bringing out the new Sprout Mug cakes and Hot Chocolate sets. Complete with a Sprout Mug and ingredients to make a super yummy cake right in the microwave in just seconds! We will be decorating the sets as a gift set that will make the perfect gift.

And of course we will still be making the vegan Bailey’s and Eggnog.

Sprout is also committed to the environment so all the containers and ice packs can be returned to Sprout to be re-used!

Burrito Suggested Heating Instructions.
Some meals like the burrito have been cooked and frozen before shipping. Here are a few methods to heat your burrito for the optimal burrito enjoyment.

 

1.Oven from frozen:

Place frozen burrito in oven at 200c for 35 minutes. Remove tin foil and place in hot pan (no oil required). Heat on low heat until wrap is golden brown, rotating frequently. (takes just a few minutes). Optional – Serve with Sprout Fresh Salsa or Nacho Cheese!

2. Oven after thawed:

Place thawed burrito in oven at 200c for 15-20 minutes. Remove tin foil and place in hot pan (no oil required). Heat on low heat until wrap is golden brown, rotating frequently. (takes just a few minutes). Optional – Serve with Sprout Fresh Salsa or Nacho Cheese!

3. Microwave

Heat in a microwave (remove from tin foil first!!). If you want a crispy wrap place in hot pan (no oil required) and heat on low heat until wrap is golden brown on one side. Carefully flip and do same on the other side.
