The Olympics are here and Sprout has brought a great menu to compete for your taste-buds.

The Burrito is back by popular demand but please order early if you want one. We also have the super comforting Shepherd’s Pie, Pasta-rrific Whole Wheat Pasta with Marinara Sauce and a new Hearty Squash and Sweet Potato Lentil Stew.

Watching all those athletes train and play so hard makes me hungry for a healthy salad and this week we have 3 incredibly filling and satisfying bowls to give you that nutrient blast you need.ย  After eating healthy and working hard we all deserve a treat now and then too.
