Getting healthy food in Korea has never been easier or more delicious! This week Sprout has added more new seasonal meals and salad bowls, a new dessert that is frankly ridiculous and a new savoury breakfast!

We proudly present the Potato Pierogy Quesadilla and Autumn Minestrone Soup with Barley. The pierogy is made with cheesy garlic mashed sweet and white potatoes, stir fried onions and spinach with shredded vegan Mozzarella and a side of dill sour cream wrapped into a whole wheat tortilla!

With colder weather it’s never been a better time to curl up with a blanket and Netflix and dig into the new Sprout dessert: Protein Packed Cookie Dough Dip. There are a lot of ways to get your protein but cookie dough dip may be the most enjoyable!
