This week’s healthy food delivery and take out menu has many of your most requested meals, packed with seasonal vegetables. At Sprout we believe that you can eat healthy vegetarian / vegan food without sacrificing bold flavours. This week we bring two new flavour bombs to the table: Enchilada Tacos with Lime Coleslaw and Jalapeno Patties! .

Jalapeno Patties come as a ready to fry mix that is being offered as a Healthy Snack item this week. Simply fry the mix in a skillet or pan with coconut or olive oil until crispy. Sometimes you just want a fried snack to get that fix!

The Enchilada Tacos are shipped in the same ‘Build your own taco” style as last week’s Tacos. Lentil meat and veggies in a container with the sauce and tortillas on the side. The new Lime Coleslaw will really set this taco apart!
