12 Hours to the Tower Performance Nutrition Sprout Menu

 

Sprout will be joining the Reebok Be More Human Project at their 12 Hours to the Tower challenge event on Saturday September 30th. Teams of two people will take turns racing up to Namsan (N-Tower) and back as many times as they can over a 12 hour period! This type of extreme performance needs performance nutrition and fuel so Sprout will be providing a special menu for these athletes to help them perform at their best.

Made with Thai Red Curry Sauce over Jasmine Rice, mixed bell peppers, carrot ribbons, mixed leafy greens, chopped purple onions, cherry tomatoes topped with crushed peanuts.

Enchilada Bowl
Made with Enchilada sauce over brown rice, mixed beans, and lentils topped with sauteed zucchini, mixed bell peppers, eggplant, onions, and fresh mixed greens and tomatoes with a side of sour cream.

Caribbean Quinoa Bowl
Made with Jamaican Jerk Marinated Tempeh, over a bed of coconut quinoa and beans, mixed leafy greens and peas.
